I ain’t mad at these young rappers, shit I’m young (23). But I’m saying that you can’t coddle these lil’ niggas and give ‘em props for being viable artists when they aren’t. What they are is “hot rappers” and hot rappers come and go. They need to be told that time and time again in order to try to make the transition.
When Lebron came his young ass outta high school niggas wasn’t about to accept no bullshit game from dude. They brought him to Cleveland to revive that franchise, they wasn’t giving a fuck how old he was. Nigga better play and play good. It made him step his shit up.
I say you extend that same sentiment to these young rappers and you will get better music.
