I ate the greates Brownie ever, I was like to the chick that brought it “Becca you Laced that Brownie Girl” ……”no I would never do that” *smhflmao* “thats not what I meant whatever”

But regardless if I was in the strippy this would rock like an anthem.
^^ If you dont fuck with Bilal like that watch his performance last month in DC, this dude upped it all………I think Friday Night I am going to put this ish on my big screen and watch the concert getting hammered with my honey

SO SAD that album is undeniably great its on some other shit….Lord Dont Let it or Get out of my hair, Hollywood …….are some fucking classics
December 11th, 2007 at 7:18 pm
is it better than Jill Scott’s album?
^^ Its better than any other r and b album I have heard in forever, no lie and straight ass face
—————–
… it is better than any post 1990 R&B Lp … with maybe the exception of Rafael SaadiQ: “Instant Vintage” & D’Angelo: “Voodoo” … any of the 3 can claim greatness …
I like like maybe 8 joints off the Jill Scott which is more than I can say for a lot of R&B artists. But just for reference before niggas start dissing Jill. If your R&B collection consists of all R. Kelly and Omarion CD’s then you are not supposed to like Jill Scott
This guy has no clue how many GROWN UP old ladies femmes will be there.
——-
I’ll just have to see them at church on sunday. Theres noway I could pay 50 bucks to see Jill Scott. If in two weeks you just so happen to have a good story with some adult pictures to go with that story, I’ll chang my tune. But until then…(c) juve

… plug, you wildin’ Son … not only would i support her concert, but i would pay 50 bucks just to see her smile … and flash some tittymeat …
December 11th, 2007 at 7:35 pm
Plug only deals with Yoes and at a jill scott there might only be Sophisticated Yoes which are probably not what Plug shoots for, No disrespect
———-
I beg to differ. I like… scratch that. I love sophisticated chicks. they be the biggest hoochies. all women have a little hoe in them. If I’m lyin I’m fliyin.
I wouldnt wanna pull know braud out of a Jill Scott concert, no disrespect to Jilly. I imagine if you pull a braud out her concert, then the yamp gonna think she can play that ish all the time, You already in Al Bundy status. she gonna wanna have you watchin lifetime on Sunday while the game is on, she gonna wanna, be in ya whip thinkin she can turn off ya rap cd’s and put on more jill scott. next thing you know she bought you 2 tickets to her next concert and some panties to go with them…
———————————
If you listen to R&B just ‘cuz your girl is coming through then thats cool. But if you really are listening to the words and can enjoy the tones and melodies of an R&B/Soul album, then you are missing a lot.
December 11th, 2007 at 7:58 pm
the only R&B albums I have ever listened to:
erica Badu first album
Alicia Keys first album
the mariah carey album wit that bone song on it
the mariah carey album wit that twista song on it
R Kelly 12 play chopped and screwed
R Kellys last album (for three days)
^^^
You have to listen to TLC-Crazy Sexy Cool & dont admit to any1 u have listened to miseducation of lauryn hill.
… just because she can hold loud, high notes, doesnt make her an R&B singer … next you’ll be telling me Celine Dion is R&B … and, Celine Dion > Mariah Carey …
could you imagine if Whitney did a damn song with some random ass “hot” rapper? I would lose respect (the little I have left) for her. Whitney ft. Hurricane Chris= end of humainity

wot u talkin bout? of course Mariah is R&B. she has made some of the best R&B of the last few decades. but she’s also pop, she’s done some soul, funk.
i’m talking about mike jones and his coonery masquerading as music.
——-
SMH. this nigga lupe is dancin wit robots and its considered hip hop. but mike Jones dancing with human women is not hip hop?

I’ll take Eardrum if I gotta choose from that list, but IMO it has t obe Made by Scarface
^^^
I almost forgot freeway and ghostface …silly me. so this is my list in order

December 11th, 2007 at 8:27 pm
So what’s the hip-hop consensus for best rap album of the year..?
1. Talib Kweli - Eardrum
2.Blu & Exile - Below the Heavens
3. Jay-Z - American Gangster
4.Pharoahe Monch - Desire
5.Lupe Fiasco’s - The Cool
6. Ghostface Killah - Big Doe Rehab
7.Freeway - Free At Last
8.Aesop Rock - None Shall Pass
9.Scarface - Made
this year has had great albums when you think about it.
I haven’t heard that Scarface joint, any good? If so anyone got a link?
And I still haven’t heard The Wally Champ’s joint either. I need to step my d0wnl0ading game up.
^ Had this album for 3 months and haven’t listened to it… Just haven’t had the chance. Plus it just hasn’t jumped out at me as something I need to do
——
if anything, the beats will hold you down. if you a mobb deep fan, youll like it
nation are you serious… You didn’t like AG? Why is that. I know his flow wasn’t as fluid as it usually is and the smaples were a little too simplistic but besides that… what
graduation is easily the best album of the year (though there’s going to be a fight once people realize how ingenious “the cool” is)
AG was overhyped by that dickhead YN over at xxlmag because it had some blueprint-y soul beats
fact is the soul beats was cool when nobody was doing it
now it’s not amazing again
which is of course the brilliance of kanyeezy
he’s always on that next shit and then when people like puffy’s producers are on board (i.e. when fucking everybody and their neighbor is making soul beats) he quietly moves to the next shit
but kaye will still do a soul beat and fuck up the game just to prove his supremacy, which is a key tactic

I really had used damn near every sample on the AG album. And so did a lot of other people. Like Lupe rapped over Ignorant shit like two years ago. But Jay did turn in an excellent lyrical peice of art here
I still haven’t listened to American Gangster, hasn’t struck me as something that jumps out of me. My millionth Biggie mixtape by Mister Cee on the other hand did. That is crack.
it’s just that jay is no longer on the “next shit”
now he’s on the “sounds pretty good” shit — which you can’t do if you want to be the best
when you think about how jay grabbed coldplay to do a song just because kanye did it, you realize that jay is getting passed up in the game and is scrambling to stay relevant
i still think he’s the GOAT but he could fuck up that legacy unless he makes one more amazing album and then just quits
i really hope he doesn’t get KRS’ed, which is entirely possible
Nah but I did like the AG album I need to clarfiy that. Jay killed that shit. It’s just that… Hitmen’s beats= I could’ve done that
^^^
AG has some of the best production on any rap album this year. and Jay is still lyrically ahead of most rappers…AG was a damn good album in my opinion. if almost any other rapper made it, it would prob. b considered a classic, but Jay standards r way high, so ppl dont give him that space.
check your mail@ eng. Also the Jay-Z Nas joint with the Just beat is fucking amazing. That shit gets Jay top 10 albums of the year just for that. He could’ve dropped the single and got top 10 albums of the year with that joint
No I mean I could go through my archives and find you every sample he used on the album… Nigga I could find em all in one CD case. Which means they didn’t do a lot of digging for samples on this one at all. Also I got beats with samples from at least 5 of these songs. I got one of the same beats on the Scarface album but I blame Three Six Mafia for that

^damn you’re right. And I’m from CHi-town I should be the first nigga to recognize that. But still that joint is classic. I just said Just because of the organs I guess but I forgot that No I is sick with the organs too. But damn that joint is hard. Let that bitch breathe

>>I have a cousin livin’ in the states that reminds me of Jay. He used to blow my mind with the kicks he’d come visit in. They were the greatest shit i’d seen! But he’d never give me any, just string me along like he’s the GOAT of paperstackin’.
Now i’m the age he was and i’m stackin’ more than him, doin’ it bigger… now he’s on my ish. And i sometimes feel like airing him out like Ye did. But i think he already knows…
Uncut is on youtube now….hellz yeah, but Im taking up signatures to bring uncut back to BET so go to, http://www.morebootybet.com to sign the petition and lets bring classic programming back.

co-sigglets.
put my vote down for return of the mac too.
p came hard with that shit (eh eh, eh eh!), instant classic.
Stop givin’ these young niggas credit they don’t deserve!
Just ‘cuz a nigga 16 and he can’t rap doesn’t mean I gotta be leinient on him ‘cuz his age. Nigga if you 16 or 60 if you can’t spit get your garbage ass off the mic. On the flip side if that just because you are old you can’t just drop a wack album and say you matured. If that shit suck nigga then you on bullshit and stop fuckin’ up the matrix with that trash.
With that being said Hurricane Chris is okay as a rapper. I can’t call him a good rapper but he is listenable. Soulja Boy sound like assberries and I can’t get with that. Niggas forget how old Nas was when he dropped his 1st joint.
Anyone remember 2Low a.k.a. the Funky Lil’ Nigga when he used to rock wit hFace. He could spit. And Lil’ Vicious was hot with his raggae joints. Age does not equal talent and niggas can’t be using that as a crutch
So……what you mean is….if you over the age of 30 log off nahright.com Or do you mean if you 30 years old and over and then over that, so if you over, over 30, so if you *speaks into radio* over, 30 years old *speaks into radio* over, log off nahright.com? So what you really tryin to say is……..what you tryin to say?

If you over the age of 30 or over, you should depart from Nahright.com..
>>No disrespect but Nahright discusses rappers over 30… I don’t understand what you mean.
^I’m just saying what the fuck is 30 year old doing discussing music with a teenager or a nigga in his twenties?
That 30 year old should be talking about politics, investing in stocks, starting a college fund, checking his son or daughters grades, helping them with their homework, worrying about his mortgage, not jay-z or american gangsta…come on b…
^Beyonce is the only one that should be deepthroating Hov…not you homey
Nigga hold on… For one I aint never deepthroat dickride or did anything with any mans penis. Secondly, you lil disrespectful, backbone lackin’, sorry sack of shit don’t come at me with none of that homo shit. I ain’t gone threaten to come to your crib or none of that bullshit, just show some restraint when you converse with somebody you don’t know. Because the fact of the matter is you don’t know me, you think about that.
I’m saying get these fucking old ass niggas that should be taking care of their kids and taking care of there wives off the fucking blog…You are getting to old for these Nas-Jay discussions..
Nahright.com is filled with Teenagers and Twenty year olds in College…We don’t need no fucking 30 year old dude with 3 kids and 2 Babymommas on here trying to get down in the mix…No…go find a hobby…nigga…
All Im saying tho, is that dude got a sick flow, like Lil Wayne…..rap lyrics shouldnt always be about pyramids on mars. Sometimes a sick flow with a couple of clever lines over a sick beat should be good enough if there is skills involved.
Remind me of those looser 40 year old dudes on the Block hanging out with 16 and 17 year olds..
“Talking about..Nigga I done seen it all, I done been locked up, shot at stabbed at…Still in the hood nigga…I love the hood…bout to sell these rocks….Wait a minute nigga…Don’t you go to school with my son“
Come on B….30 year old Nahrighters its time to move on…GTFOH…
That 30 year old should be talking about politics, investing in stocks,
>I do all of that ish plus a Master’s Degree, full time job in TV, fuck a cup journalists, get my car tuned up… etc. And i’m 25. So so i guess i’ve got 5 more years at young ppl stuff
I ain’t mad at these young rappers, shit I’m young (23). But I’m saying that you can’t coddle these lil’ niggas and give ‘em props for being viable artists when they aren’t. What they are is “hot rappers” and hot rappers come and go. They need to be told that time and time again in order to try to make the transition.
When Lebron came his young ass outta high school niggas wasn’t about to accept no bullshit game from dude. They brought him to Cleveland to revive that franchise, they wasn’t giving a fuck how old he was. Nigga better play and play good. It made him step his shit up.
I say you extend that same sentiment to these young rappers and you will get better music.
word ODemic? i didnt know that.. you see that storm heading towards the carribbean? crazy
>>Its fuckin’ crazy… Luckil it don’t turn to a hurricane til they past us, but they usually hit Jamaica n Cuba though. Crazy ish…Say a prayer for ya boy
Hip Hop is about 30-35 years old depending on the source.
SOME older people who are into Rock sit around ,smoke dope and try to perfect that riff off a Rolling Stones album. Some STILL pull out their tye dyed shirts and follow what’s left of the Gratetful Dead around the country. Every other year we are subjected to a “new” Beatles album. Bruce Springsteen STILL sells out arenas.
But Hip-Hop?
NO respect for the forefathers, they’re “ol’ ass” hatas.
If your over thirty, you better not pick up a mic.
Most catz don’t know what Substitution, Daisy Lady, Lookin’ Out My Window, Sing Sing, or The Mexican mean to Hip-Hop.
Most couldn’t execute a windmill, fade tag., triplet rhyme sceme or transformer but “know” the culture.
When did Hip-Hop become “Logan’s Run”?(look it up,youngns’)
THANK GOD for two turntables and a microphone.
Long Live Kane!!
Hip-Hop til I die…
And Ya Don’t Stop…

AG was overhyped by that dickhead YN over at xxlmag because it had some blueprint-y soul beats
fact is the soul beats was cool when nobody was doing it
now it’s not amazing again
which is of course the brilliance of kanyeezy
he’s always on that next shit and then when people like puffy’s producers are on board (i.e. when fucking everybody and their neighbor is making soul beats) he quietly moves to the next shit
but kaye will still do a soul beat and fuck up the game just to prove his supremacy, which is a key tactic

btw to be clear: AG had its moments
it’s just that jay is no longer on the “next shit”
now he’s on the “sounds pretty good” shit — which you can’t do if you want to be the best
when you think about how jay grabbed coldplay to do a song just because kanye did it, you realize that jay is getting passed up in the game and is scrambling to stay relevant
i still think he’s the GOAT but he could fuck up that legacy unless he makes one more amazing album and then just quits
i really hope he doesn’t get KRS’ed, which is entirely possible

AG has some of the best production on any rap album this year. and Jay is still lyrically ahead of most rappers…AG was a damn good album in my opinion. if almost any other rapper made it, it would prob. b considered a classic, but Jay standards r way high, so ppl dont give him that space.
