No one can say that The Carter II was a bad album. The problem is Wayne has been wearing himself too thin the last few months with sub par mix tapes. The Drought 3 and Drought Is Over were great mix tapes but other than that he hasn’t had much. The Carter 3 better be absolutely genius(which it will be) or he will fall fast…
