Jay-Z vs. Elvis: Billboard Gangsters
As you might know, the American Gangster a capella’s are now available, so in the next couple of weeks we’re going to see about 2000 AG remix projects. I’m posting this one on the strength of the two joints that Cookin’ Soul have posted on their Myspace page. Particularly this remix of American Gangster.

Ehhh…I usually like the productions these cats do, but can’t say I’m feeling much of this.
I’m sure there will be some remix album’s that really stand up to the original though. 9th wonder’s black is back had some bangers in terms black album remix albums.

The only remix I’m feeling on this entire cd is the one for “I Know”
If ya’ll want some remixes for Clipse, Jigga, Nas, Common, Biggie, Slum Village, etc. Like SERIOUS remixes..peep:

For reals? The album as a whole is one of the most cohesive and masterfully produced album’s in a minute – precisely why, remixes gotta be SERIOUS to even hold a candle to the originals.

I heard this one. It’s cool but, check this one out from Grinehouse. They killed it in my opinion. You be the judge.

Definitely some strong remixes out there. Check this one, a tribute to John Bonham’s beats.
