i REALLY can’t stand when cats that are the come up refurbished old loops. there’s like a billion songs out here to loop. i listened to the other song eyes posted and it’s another refurbished beat flipped. it sounds dated (IMO), which takes away from the mc (i tried listening to these songs like 3-4 times trying to hear what you’re saying. just my thoughts…

what goes on, sir. i’m sitting here watching pittsburgh try and throw this damn game away, and listening to lupe’s 1st cd again. i thought it sucked a lot of ass before (not even), but this time around i know why i didn’t like it. it’s the same reason why i’m not digging this guy’s small eyez songs. i am not a fan of weak attempts of rechopping throwback tracks. they would have been cool if i never heard them before. but i have. and whoever produced the track didn’t even try and flip the loops. all they did was throw and even more play to def drum track over it. lupe had a few of those types of tracks on his cd, and once i hit track 5-6, i cut it off and didn’t play it again until today. so maybe i’ll come back to small eyes song in a few months, or maybe he can just type up his lyrics for me to read so that i can try and look passed this annoyance, because i’m sure he’s saying something, but i can’t get passed these track, B…
