It looks like Cliff still has a few tricks up his sleeve. Today in Atlanta’s federal court, his legal dream team filed motions that seek to suppress the search of his vehicle and statements he made after being taken into custody. They also say that ATF agents may have violated his rights and are questioning whether or not he should have even been detained. I find it hard to believe that the Feds, with their legendary conviction rate would leave so many holes in such a high profile case. Then again, stranger things have happened.
