……i’ve been trying to tell everyone he was the lil wayne before lil wayne….3 years ago budden jumped on every track put out, remix or if he just took the beat and bodied it himself, no joke dude put out a new mixtape at least once a month for a good year or 2 straight…..in reality he probably has close to 50 mixtapes so this shit is like the best of all them shits……

Still tho’, I’m sure there are songs I wouldn’t mess with if it weren’t for a good beat, but I’m with Ty (no homo) in terms of listening to a dope MC spit acapela than some MIMS-trash spitting over hot beats.
Like, Jay could wrap over 1998 trash No Limit beats and I’d be happy..
Conversely, 50 could rap over every beat from “No Way Out” (a personal favorite), and I wouldn’t make it to track 5.
