MM is a classic. It’s one of two albums I give to folks who are trying to be introduced to Hip-Hop music. The other is “The Sun Rises In The East”/Jeru da Damaja. You can excuse Lupe because his Hip Hop experience is different than alot of East Coast catz. Plus, how old was Lupe when MM came out in 93/94? He shoulda just kept his mouth shut.
