yeah, lyrically Hov is nicer, but sales wise they pretty much had the same first week. And waaay more promotion dollars was put into Hov’s project than Curtis and they still did the same amount.

yeah, Timba and Pharrell made great tracks for Jay, but that was like four or 5 years ago. The shit both them been put out lately is trash compactor material. They make better pop beats than hip hop beats now. Its true. Hav and Alchemist won’t make your list, but for an album themed American Gangster they’d supply perfect production for Jay. It would be ill!! Plus, I think most people are tired of hearing Jay over Timba and Pharrell. It’s not the same anymore.

But thats Just me… im Pushin 30, and i dont like whats out today, these new cats are Square & Stale like month old Wonder bread. younger cats really have no loyality to peoples art, they want Ringtones & free ENTIRE CDs… they dont wanna pay 2 go 2 concerts, they wanna watch it on YouTube. The Fans are lazy & The Artist are Lazy. I Stay in my lane and Do me.
