Release Thearapy showed growth(no Buddens) but people always complain when their favorite rapper swithces their style up because most people don’t want the artist to change from what originally made them fans of that artist. Plus the way the record industry is, it’s hard for an artist to try to show growth and experiment(ayyo) if the labels want hit records to artistry.

^Trap Muzik is the down south RD, don’t laugh, i’m dead serious, the whole album showed growth, with songs like “I wanna be your man” he open him self up to over coming his own personal demons & finally accepting settling down as more of a gift then a curse, then you got “I can’t quit” a song showing how he felt about the balance in the indusrty & how he felt about making music, songs like “doing my job” showed that everyone on the corner isnt out there because it’s the cool thing to do, he questions the people from the outside looking in with lines like “We got lives we wanna live nice to, we got moms dads wives & kids just like you, but our opitions are few when it’s hell in high school & you hustling to help with the gas & the light bill too, so before you go judging us, loving us wont hurt, if you’re under 25 staying alive is hard work”. I can go on but what’s the point, if you don’t regonize T.I for more than just a man that called himself the KOTS then you lost.
