Strict gun laws in London are only hurting innocent folks who are getting robbed and shanked without a way to provide themselves self defense. The fact that there are way less shootings does boggle me, because if criminals want guns there laws aren’t going to stop them.

============================================

Strict gun laws in London?

Last week a 16 year old kid was shot in his throat by a gang a mile from my place. He was the 10th child under the age of 17 to be shot dead in this city alone in the last 5 months.

Just last Sunday, a man was shot dead outside a nightclub half a mile from my place. It didn't make the news. They don't report adults getting shot anymore, only children. Unless it has 'an angle'. (For example, a ban on smoking inside public places has just come in, so when a former boxer got shot in the head in a bar here in London last week for asking a smoker to put out their cigarette, that became a topical shooting, and was deemed news-worthy. Adults getting shot and killed usually just gets ignored).

I live in Brixton, and barely a week passes where I don't walk past police tape or a police appeal over a shooting. In McDonalds a few months ago, two kids were shot in the chest for stepping on a dude's Air Force 1's and not saying sorry quick enough... why someone would do that is what needs to be addressed, not the fact that if the gun laws were less strict, those two kids would have had their own hammers to clap back with.

Our strict gun laws ain't working, but what I do know is that more guns will only mean more death. We don't want to be where the US is now in respect of gun crime in 10 years.

lol and smh…..what up Stacker? Nigga the gun laws in the US is exactly why gun crime is so high! You think if they make gun laws more lax thats gonna stop people from wildin and shankin niggas? Hell nah bruh, its just gonna mean niggas is gettin gunned up and shanked up. Ol’ dude who got killed in that article I posted was shot anyways, niggas blasted on him cos he asked them to stop smokin a cigarette. Its a lotta cold blooded brothers in the LDN these days, London ain’t no joke anymore.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Daps Eng, Nation, and Bkscribe.

Whats good though. Damn, dude lost his life for telling some folks to stop smoking. Shiiiit, and here I was thinking niggas in London don't even kill people over ignorant shit like that. I thought it was the result of a robbery or something. But what other ways can innocent people provide self defence for themselves. There has to be a compromise with gun laws. Gun laws being lax maybe an issue here, but in some states they are strict as hell and that hadn't done anything to lower crime rates. Because niggas don't buy registered guns from gunshops or have permits so what good will gun laws do? The majority of guns here are stolen, or bought off the blackmarket. Gun laws are useless. Besides if your going to do some crazy shit why would you buy a gun registered to your name and personal info.
