^ Im usually get sleep from 1ish to about 7. I cant get up at 5 though, for a minute i was getting up around then, hitting the gym early, but man.. I was unpleasant during the day. cosign on not enough hours in the day, and Im single with no kids, so I really dont know how you do it, much props though.

So, I guess i need to get more sleep, then…even on the weekends, i get up at 6:30 or 7, and on those days, i don’t get to bed until like 2 or 3…
So, right now I’m at work, off like 4 hrs sleep, wearing one contact lens, all discombobulated and shit…if I wasn’t taking off Friday, I woulda been went home

CHICAGO—Though once defined as just a stand-alone meal, meat has risen quickly up the ranks to become the nation’s second most popular condiment, according to a study released by the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
“In the past several years, meat’s use as a way to enhance the flavor of foods has increased exponentially,” said Agriculture Secretary Mike Johanns. “Ketchup is still number one, but at the rate people are putting meat on top of other meats and foods, it may very well surpass it by 2010.”
“American consumption habits have made meat a necessity just so people can notice that they’re eating something,” Johanns added.
Johanns cited the rise of bacon as a condiment as the most universal example of this trend. “By 2015, our researchers predict bacon alone will supplant condiments as diverse as mustard and Worcestershire sauce,” Johanns said. “Crumbled ‘bacon bits’ are a classic addition to salads, and in recent years, slabs of bacon are increasingly used to wrap vegetables, fruits, and seafood. Adding bacon as a topping to cheeseburgers is old news, but now we are seeing bacon-topped meatloaf, bacon-covered chicken wings, and deep-fried, bacon-wrapped bacon sprinkled on pork chops.”
Fast-food restaurants have led the charge in pioneering the new trend, Agriculture Department food chemist and study co-author Lynn Starck said. “McDonald’s discovered years ago that people aren’t really looking for some kind of spicy sauce to top their sandwiches,” Starck said. “Quite frankly, what they really want to pile on their hamburger patty is another hamburger patty.”
Mayonnaise—a mixture of egg and oil—was one of the original condiments, premiering in the 18th century and growing in popularity as diners sought toppings with flavors nearly as powerful as the food beneath them. BUt yeah, the funny thing about me is that I’m never sleepy @ night…but I be dragging during the day sometimes…The routine is a killer, though…leave the house @ 6:30, get to work about 7:30, leave at 5, home @ 6…do a couple of random things around the house, some schoolwork for myself or the kid, or run errands, and it’s automatically 9:30, but those 3 hrs feel like a half…When I was in the military, it was even worse, cuz i only slept like 3 or 4 hrs a day, if that….I think I’mma get a Red Bull or something right now, though…

CHICAGO—Though once defined as just a stand-alone meal, meat has risen quickly up the ranks to become the nation’s second most popular condiment, according to a study released by the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
“In the past several years, meat’s use as a way to enhance the flavor of foods has increased exponentially,” said Agriculture Secretary Mike Johanns. “Ketchup is still number one, but at the rate people are putting meat on top of other meats and foods, it may very well surpass it by 2010.”
“American consumption habits have made meat a necessity just so people can notice that they’re eating something,” Johanns added.
Johanns cited the rise of bacon as a condiment as the most universal example of this trend. “By 2015, our researchers predict bacon alone will supplant condiments as diverse as mustard and Worcestershire sauce,” Johanns said. “Crumbled ‘bacon bits’ are a classic addition to salads, and in recent years, slabs of bacon are increasingly used to wrap vegetables, fruits, and seafood. Adding bacon as a topping to cheeseburgers is old news, but now we are seeing bacon-topped meatloaf, bacon-covered chicken wings, and deep-fried, bacon-wrapped bacon sprinkled on pork chops.”
Fast-food restaurants have led the charge in pioneering the new trend, Agriculture Department food chemist and study co-author Lynn Starck said. “McDonald’s discovered years ago that people aren’t really looking for some kind of spicy sauce to top their sandwiches,” Starck said. “Quite frankly, what they really want to pile on their hamburger patty is another hamburger patty.”
Mayonnaise—a mixture of egg and oil—was one of the original condiments, premiering in the 18th century and growing in popularity as diners sought toppings with flavors nearly as powerful as the food beneath them. It’s fucked up about Budden for a couple reasons:
1- Juelz album bricked harder (pause) than Budden, but Juelz put out another album.
2- Bubba Sparxxx’ Deliverance album came out roughly at the same time as Budden, had more buzz and a bigger name (timbo), and while awesome, it flopped, too. (nh x 3)—-but then last spring Bubba K put out another album…
It’s gotta be Jay holding Budden back.. Mef, Red, & The Roots all flopped on Def Jam–but Budden can’t get a retail out, especially after MM2 shat on so many other albums?
Shit doesn’t make sense–it’s all kinda fucked up. Joey could probably outsell all 3 of the aforementioned artists based on whatever aesthetic appeal he has to the female record buying populace.
