Update on Dwayne & Jeffrey’s Arrests
Some new details have emerged in the arrests of Wayne and Ja on Sunday night.
According to the Post, Wayne was changing his clothes on his tour bus, when police boarded after claiming that they smelled marijuana. Upon seeing the officers, Wayne tried to toss his Louis Vuitton purse off of his lap. It was searched, and the arresting officers were like, "Oh, the Cal is on you?"
Jeffrey on the other hand, was pullled over in a car that he wasn’t driving and a gun was found in a compartment in the back seat. Plus, according to his lawyer, it was a "company car" which opens up the door for the old, "I have no idea how this loaded gun got here" defense.
Dwayne is definitley in the worse situation of the two because the gun was found in his bag. I guess he didn’t hear that, as of last year, New York City has the toughest gun laws in the country. A charge of carrying a loaded handgun in the city now carries a minimum 3 1/2 year jail sentence, with "no exceptions," no matter how hard your daddy stunts.
UPDATE: MTV has updates from Wayne and Ja’s attorney Stacey Richman who raises some very good points. Maybe Dwayne will keep his ass out of Attica. (pause).

We dont know all the facts so you cant say whose situation is worse. However, we can deduce that they’re both ignorant of the law or just wreckless. Weezy F. needs to know he doesnt need to answer to officers when he’s asked a question or if he felt like answering, he should reply with an emphatic “NO.” Once again, nobody knows all the facts but both Ja & Weezy should not be denied their Due Process Rights. The fruits of an illegal search are inadmissible in the court of law. So whoever wrote that article please keep that key fact in mind. The same goes for Mike Vick’s issue.

I almost broke my arm. I told the brauds to get out and wait for they girl in the car. The chick my boy had got irritated by the lyrics of Devin the dude and put her garments back on without letting him pitch one off. By then the sun was comin up so headed to the crib wit the biggest smile on my face ever.
