i dont consider myself a manager in the proper respect.. its more like a collaborative effort between an artist and myself.. I saw a few bad looks for people on the rise.. I try to do good by me and mine.. and vice versa..

Shit, it’s old if it’s got an Apple Processor in it. It’s old as hell since it’s only got a 1GHz processor in it. I say don’t pay for software unless it’s coming straight from the store. It’s more than likely pirated. You can go buy a brand new (non apple) laptop for $5-6 and download the software somewhere. My laptop is one of those Dell XPS from about 2 years ago @ $2400 ($1700 after discounts), i’d probably only get $700 for it and it still runs fast. My homeboy bought a powerbook titanium 17″ at the same time for $2500 and his is worth a little bit more than mine today (not including software for both of those).

Basically the bottom line is if you can’t get his laptop for like 3 fitty….

I’d say pass on this offer.

Not only that, he’d hand out hundreds of thousands of dollars to them at a time just for the asking, Sacha Jenkins writes in the new issue of XXL magazine. “Whether I got to give them $500,000 or $300,000 … Just ’cause they want $300,000 more to make what they [are] doing at the time comfortable. Like, ‘yo, I want to get this new place over here.’ ”

Sure, 50′s got plenty of do-re-mi: His albums “Get Rich or Die Tryin’ ” and “The Massacre” sold 20 million copies combined. And though his album “curtis” is delayed till September, he’s getting a payday playing a boxer in the Nicolas Cage movie “The Dance,” and a drug dealer in “Righteous Kill” with Robert De Niro and Al Pacino. And there are the clothing and sneaker lines – and at least $100 million more he stands to make now that coca-cola has bought Glaceau, which owns Fitty’s Formula 50 Vitamin Water.

But still, he called a meeting and told the artists at his label that the free ride was over.

^^LOL…very true….Shia is a very good actor though….people been checkin for him since the Battle of Shaker Heights….he’s gonna be a star. That whole “More Than Meets The Eye” thing he said to homegirl was hilarious…..they did a pretty good job of appealing to the crowd that watched the cartoon, as well as to those who didn’t (a la Spiderman 1) IMO…

Honestly though.. Justin’ singles (i’ve heard maybe half the album, lil’ more).. Sexyback was utter tripe, and I liked My Love and What Goes Around….BUT THEY SOUND EXACTLY LIKE CRY ME A RIVER! @ Phuque– No sir.. You have more of a musical sense than Timbo does.. Actual melodies and different elements and what not.. I don’t have a thing against synths per se, but I’m talking about those crunchy, hard electro thingies Timbo does.

As for Da Rockwilder– That’s actually one of my favorite beats evar.

Not everything needs a live piano or full orchestra or horn section (no ifux’s freaky tales), but sometimes Timb’s stuff is just sooo heavy on that.

One of my favorite beats he did was Big Pimpin’ cuz it sounded…sheeit…human, ya know? Not even the Jay element cuz frankly the pimpin’ baller stuff bored me back then after it became the dominant content.
