Chaz on Foxy Incident: It Didn’t Happen
I was wondering how Foxy was gonna explain her way out of this whole got-robbed-in-the-projects fiasco that she got herself into, and then made worse by denying. Especially after MTV confirmed that an Inga Marchand (Foxy’s real name) had not only been robbed in Brooklyn on Saturday, but went to the police station and filed a report about the incident. Now her new manager, Chaz Williams of Black Hand Entertainment, has stepped up to rescue her from what is probably best described as a hood public relations nightmare.
Yesterday he denied the incident ever happened and told the Daily News, "We know nothing about any pimps, prostitutes, or boyfriends." Today, AHH has a quote from him where he says that Foxy had actually "lost" her bag, and that upon hearing about it, he dropped everything and rushed to the police station to stop her from filing the report. He goes on to say that because of his connections in the Pink Houses, it was nothing for him to get back the stolen Louis purse. Wow. I can’t help but applaud such an immaculate spin job. The Bush administration could learn a thing or two from the way this was handled.

***thanks, fam…I’ve actually been back in school for three years or so, now…about a year and a half away from my degree…the reason I took out loans, is that my GI Bill entitlement (36 mos) is expiring, soon, and the U-MD charges like 365 dollars per credit hour…I’m still trynna figure if I want to get tuition assistance from my job to help out, as well…I’m hesitating, because you have to contract to stay on 2 yrs after you finish up your course, which sounds too much like indentured servitude for the kid…

I hate Community Colleges….Community Colleges lower their standards and its just basically like another year of High School…..It’s basically 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th grade…..but some don’t make it out till 10 or 12 years later…
The only thing good about Community Colleges is that the bad broads that didn’t do nuffin but mess around in High School, you will find them in Community Colleges…

I only made it to my associates. Back then, it was good for something, but now these days Bachelors is needed. Every job I look up during job hunting it says Bachelors degree required. Im like damnit.
Community Colleges were a waste of time (the one around my way) too much distractions, people I know. I was outside half the time smoking. Classes were either dropped or I flunked.

Community Co isn’t the most rigorous, but it’s good that people are atleast tryin to better themself. School ain’t for everyone, but education is lifetime. Student loans are prob one of the best investments you can make, b/c it’s an investment in yourself and your future. For those who ain’t get their paperwork yet, you should look into it. In fact Community Co holds a special place in my heart b/c it’s where I met Rey’s mutha. Crazy as it sounds, he was born in the same pissy stall where he was 1st conceived.

***the main reason why I intially went back to school, was that the GI Bill was paying $1,100 a month, and tuition was only like $500 (mo money, mo money), but a year or so in, I got mad determined to take advantage of the situation, and finish…Now, 3 yrs, and a 3.85 GPA later, just the fact that I’m going after my degree is doing wonders for my career…
