This dude is mediocre, half his success can only be attributed to catchy beats and good production. His last album was made first and foremost by good beats, not his talent. His lyrics are pre school most of the time, no substance, nothing impressive lyrically. I’ve been telling people for years Ludacris is better than TI lyrically.

I can’t listen to TI’s” Big Shit Poppin” after listening to Cassidy and Fabs version which was fire. It sounds even worse, TI’s lyrics are laughable in that song. I mean just that song alone shows how lyrically inferior TI is to Cass and Fab.

Don’t get me wrong, I know the old Andre 3000 was fire, During the times of southerplayisticcadillacmuzik and ATLIens. But that was a long time ago.
After, or during Stankonia its like he lost it. Then recently he’s come back with some remixes and these kids are claming he’s better than jay z, nas, etc. Funny thing is that these same people probably haven’t heard the 94′-96′ andre. I think that Southernplayisticcadillacmuzik Andre>current Andre who is being hyped cause of some remixes.

Don’t get me wrong I think the next big thing is gonna have a spanish influence (and I’m fine with that, growing up in a city with the largest minority being from south of the border heritage) but reggaeton just screams of “lets see if they buy this shit”

i remember listening to reggaeton back when i was younger (just this one popular song) never heard reggaeton again until it started to bubbleing in the barrios again back in 03-04 maybe earlier.

Everybody blogs now it’s just another median to spew views I suppose…In a way everyones global. Time is a requirement. In the end though most if not all people with them are already set in there views so there isn’t any enlightenment or betterment coming from it. Just furthering their views or finding like minds.
