In most major cities the majority black/brown folks live in the urban areas, ghettos and poverty driven type areas. In these areas in most cases there are no fitness centers, gyms, or even healthy food choices in the immediate areas. So, if you don’t have a money to spend on these things, or a vehicle to get out to the suburb areas where these things are located, you are pretty much stuck? U can get a meal at the average fast food restaurant for about $3, where as the more quality food is averaging about $6 to $10! Is this just a coincidence??
I realize that when it comes down to making the best decisions about your health it comes down to personal choices in the end, but I just wanted to point out how the choice of a healthy lifestyle is not as easy as it seems for everyone…

While kanye obviously wants that gwap too he has the luxury of getting that producer mone, so he can take the vince road and make the music he loves to make and wants to make. In most major cities the majority black/brown folks live in the urban areas, ghettos and poverty driven type areas. In these areas in most cases there are no fitness centers, gyms, or even healthy food choices in the immediate areas. So, if you don’t have a money to spend on these things, or a vehicle to get out to the suburb areas where these things are located, you are pretty much stuck? U can get a meal at the average fast food restaurant for about $3, where as the more quality food is averaging about $6 to $10! Is this just a coincidence??
I realize that when it comes down to making the best decisions about your health it comes down to personal choices in the end, but I just wanted to point out how the choice of a healthy lifestyle is not as easy as it seems for everyone…
