Though we clown ‘em, one thing I do commend Asians for is their underground and “hush” demeanor when referring to their role in America. I’m sure they do just as much illegal stuff as anyone else (in fact I know they do… read the Mass Appeal article about the only Black man who was made a member of the Dragons), but they rely on each other and don’t allow political issues to determine their success. You never hear about how they feel about Dems., Reps., Bush, Obama, etc. because it’s not a factor. They don’t look for handouts, they create and TAKE what’s theirs. Even if that means settin’ up shop (literally) in OUR neighborhood.

^^what doesn’t feel right is the fact that the school didn’t cancel classes for the entire day after the first shooting incident. i still don’t understand that. dude walkin around campus “chillin” after killing two people, walks all the way to the other side of campus, and kills like 28 or so other people because the school decided everything was “safe.” that hadn’t even apprehended a suspect. imo not only was it stupid and dangerous but it also showed a lack of concern for the two lives that were already taken. the school was like sure, two fellow students were just killed by some crazy guy walking around and we aren’t sure who it is or who else he’s out to kill but hey its exam time and you guys need to make it to class. smh. plus, the school received two bomb threats or something last week and didn’t someone else kill two people on their campus at the beginning of the school year? you would think they would have been more cautious.

My question was where was the campus police when the first shots rang out. I know it’s a big campus, but surely there are armed officers patrolling the place. Also how did the officers go to the first crime scene where 2 people (?) had been killed and then forget about the shit when they knew the shooter was probably still walking around campus. Virginia Tech did a horrible job of alarming their campus of what was going on. The shooter shot the first two people at 7:15 in the morning, had time to go back to his room, drink a coffee, reload and head back out to campus where class doesn’t start until 8. Thats a full 45 minutes and seems as if nobody was notified of what was going on.

I watch the first season of lost in about 3 days, its it just me or did nothin happen?? I got sick of nothin happening as well. No one can say if lost is good or not till someone actually knows what is actually goin on

Lost is good. but just felt like someone was takin the piss with it, like thwey just get u hooked and know u cant stop watchin it. im pretty much up to date coz my boys watch it. Heroes had an element of all the big shiws a thot, lost, 24 and Smallville (nh). i cant wait, i think its next monday its back. Anyway thats another day down, peace out everyone

im with you on that greenie, i never watched lost or heroes and couldnt tell you when they come on, the only reason i watch entourage and the wire is because they are on demand, but i have to agree with TB, in whatever order you like they are the best two shows on TV period!
