^First time was in Towson, MD (right outside of B’more) at the Rec Room when they had the 1st Making the Band (no eskay on a rampage) taping. It was a long ass line wrapped around the corner. I saw him walk to the door to view the crowd and I was like, “yo, that’s Joe Hooker”. Then I smh @ everyone else for not knowin’ who he is because they’re expecting to go in and see Bluffy but HE’S really the one you should know to get put on. Anyway, I approach duke on some, “yo, I aint no rapper/singer, just lookin’ for an opportunity to work with the company” (all paraphrased) type vibe. This mofo had the nerve to put me on the phone with his assistant. Didn’t know whether to take that as insult or not (I didn’t initially… I was frontin’ in front of everyone because they wanted to know who was the kid on Havre’s phone… ha haaaa) [smh @ myself]. But then afterwards, I was like, “heeeey, this bastid put me on the phone when he coulda just told me that bullshit himself”….
Second incident… I was living in Harlem. Just got off the 2 train on 135th and Lenox… walked down the block to the snack box spot on 7th and 135th… and who do I see? Havre hoppin’ out the truck to go to the same store. I approach him again, but then he hit me with the, “nahhh, nothin’ available right now”… I’m thinkin’ to myself… “yall aint got a toilet bowl cleaning position or nothin? mail room? Proactiv carrier?”… after that I was like FUCK Bad Boy (no “Hit Em Up”).

Yeah.. The LP song.. It wasn’t bad as in insulting, but it was really average for them, and I liked their first two albums and I really liked the Fort Minor joint, but I wasn’t really feeling this one.
Transformers is either gonna be Independence Day good (don’t front–in summer 96 that movie was great) or Godzilla bad (don’t even get me started on godzilla).

@ E - I took Tae Kwon Do when I was 7-16. Got to 2nd degree black belt. Wanted to quit bad since I was in high school..played football..got tired of it. Now that I look back I wish I never stopped. Real talk. I lost it..flexibility…speed..etc. One of the biggest regrets evar in life. More importantly I paid 2 G’s for a lifetime so I can go back and proceed forever paid in full already, but never have any time. It’s always there though.
