I mean I may not be on the other side of that fence persay, but I understand publishin a lil bit.. and I’ve known cases where “artists” paid for “advertising” that resulted in prime space in “said publication” with that being said I feel that real deep diggin journalism is left to speculators and skeptics alike… i.e. bloggers. now if you play both sides of the fence I wonder if you can appreciate that. the real integrity in journalism as far as print is concerned is lacking severly.. when artists get asked the same 20 Q’s and are coached by their publicist on how to answer.. the hardest hitting opinions we get.. are on blogs via the people who follow them. i wasnt with jimmy so i dunno if a check was cut.. doubt it.. not in the traditional sense anyway.. but when that much money is involved.. music, mags, movies, entertainment.. certain peoples interests will be respected and appeased. the media is a hell of a machine. now with all that being said.. sorry if it came across greezy.. xxl mag is cool but nahright is for the children.
