There is the possibility that these integrationist do understand that the decisions they have made caused the problem. Most likely, they do understand and are game-playing like President Perez and the oligarchy in Venezuela who controlled the wealth and politics of the country. The oligarchy and their henchmen, cronies, and lackeys would lecture the poor concerning their condition and conduct. This practice is universal when money and politics are at the root of the problem. They would say to the poor, “you are in that condition because you had children out of wedlock. You need to get an education. You don’t have fathers in the household. Many of you are just too lazy and don’t want to work. You want something for nothing. You made poor decisions. You should pull yourselves up by your bootstraps. You need to know the secret,” etc. They would create all of these distractions in an attempt to deceive the masses and deny responsibility for the problems many of their countrymen and women faced. Therefore, they need not take responsibility and share their personal wealth and that of the country to fix it. They could keep it to themselves and give it to selected others who would support their game-playing and insanity.

What is the solution? Hugo Chavez came to power and instituted the Bolivarian revolution. He purchased 100,000 kalashnikovs, assault riffles, 100 super tucano light attack aircraft, and organized a two million man army reserve composed of the poor. It was then and only then that the game-playing subsided and meaningful communication and progress could be made.

The African American masses in the United States Of America have the burden of understanding the politics of Bill Cosby and others of that disposition if substantial progress is to be made.
