I commend him. I expected it to be some outlandish color when I looked for it on the net, but its actually nice… not too trendy and bright like those Neons when they first came out. I think this is a good move… how many people REALLY can afford high end foreign luxury vehicles? This is affordable to middle-class Americans and its not just about the Hip Hop Generation… there are people other than “rappers” that actually drive this kind of car.

Commercial Expolitation of hip hop huh? Any and every hip hop artist I know is in it to get paid. The only ppl complaining are the ones who aren’t making any money. When the hip hop pioneers began to make and sell tapes (long before CDs), they started this so called exploitation. If it was all about the love of music and rapping they’d still be standing out in the parks spitting for free. There isn’t a single rapper or artist in the industry who isn’t doing it for the money. Show me an artist that does gives free concerts, gives away his/her cds (not demos or samples) and/or gives ALL the proceeds of their performances away, and I’ll hear the exploitation arguements.

HIP HOP is a money making machine…thats what it does…Jay-Z knows how to use it….He’s got my respect!
