First off, the song aint that bad.

Second, when Fat Joe actually drops a hardcore hip-hop track, most of you dont support. Most folks bitchin and moanin about real hip-hop, when the shit comes out, they dont support. And those records usually dont get much airplay on TV or the radio. So what do you expect these artists to do? Lupe Fiasco dropped a more traditional hip-hop album, and he struggled like hell to sell just 150,000 copies. Whereas, the more commercial guys like Young Joc, T.I., Rick Ross, etc, they sold waaaaay more copies.

When Fat Joe dropped hardcore singles like “Damn” a few months ago, a lot of you guys didn’t say a damned thing. Maybe if you guys would actually go out and support the “REAL” hip-hop, these guys wouldn’t make these commercial hits that so many people seem to buy.
