thats the only thing that made me get through it. i saw how they were settin up the next season. they just didn’t meet my standards for the second season. too many open questions that made me feel like i was wasting my time. but i’m sure teh next season will make up for it. that one scene with meth and that nation of islam dude was one of the illest scenes in the wire though. can’t wait to see what happens between him and omar.

1,000,000 records sold at 10 bucks = 10 million in cash garnered from record sales even if you paid 2 million for the beat that pushes the album to platinum status and the label gives you a dollar an album sold, the money you would make from doin shows tours etc as a “platinum artist” would far surpass any money you made on the album..you would get at least $100,000 a tour date for a 2-3 month tour which is all your money..no recouping or none of that dumb shit so..that’s 3- 4 mill easy..it’s a risk worth taking..If you know the beat is that hot.
