Damn, just your comment Sour before I logged off. The city is actually going through some gentrification so it’s gonna be more flourishing areas, but as of right now, there’s only. There’s this area between John Hopkins University on Charles Street that runs up all the way up to Loyola College, between Charles Street and York Road. And beyond that is the suburbs. Other than that, no. We don’t have any nice areas in the inner city. And the only reason the area I just mentioned still exists is because of the prestigious schools that surround it.
