i actually saw the commercial for his album THREE TIMES yesterday. Jay-Z is actually brilliant tho, he doesn’t give funding for a video or push the radio single that hard, and then he waits until AFTER the album has been in stores for a week to tell people that Meth has a new album. i bet this new strategy is gonna put his sales thru the roof.

If you go back and listen to RR vol1 & 2, and listen to what eve is capable of….

Eve has a tremendous amount of crossover, I could see her putting out a multi-plat album. True rap heads might not like it, but it would sell.

Meth’s album is bad. i mean, i’m tryna listen to it, but it’s just BAD. it’s like, half the beats are vintage Wu, the other half sound like bootleg shit, there’s 3 with guitar, 2 sounding pop, 1 is a club track, and the others sound like they were just thrown in there. Scott Storch’s beat is wack (as usual, motherfucker is overrated), the one with ODB is really basic and repetitive, Havoc’s violin beat sounds out of place, this shit is a mess. go cop Tical 0, that’s actually tight.

yeah, i spent my fuckin’ money, and that album was fuckin’ FIRE, FUCK WHAT YOU HEARD! that shit was bangin’ front to back. long as hell (23 tracks), 5 of which were skits, but only 3 or 4 were wack. for real, that shit was hot! cant stand up to Dark & Hell Is Hot or Flesh of My Flesh, but it’s better than his 3rd and 4th.
