[...] I blame Atlantic Records as much as I do T.I. since they had to know his fetishes and hobbies after all of this time and they choose to simply let him exist without anyone being honest to him and telling him the plain truth like, “Man, you are about to fuck up my kid’s college fund!” If someone from Atlantic could have been honest maybe T.I. would have performed at the B.E.T. awards with only a revolver, or maybe just a knife. But I suppose this is all par for the course since this is the same Atlantic Records that threatened to sue Nah’Right for embedding a YouTube video of Lupe Fiasco. When has a rapper’s nickname been more apropos? If the people at Atlantic that are scrambling to assign blame for T.I.’s travails were proactive (no Diddy face cream) they would have sent an e-mail over to XXL and asked E Dubbz to present some of that PR magic that he did for Eminem after he was caught on tape using the dreaded ‘N’ word.
How is giving an artist that alot of people had never heard of free promotion hurting him? you can't be serious. all publicity is good publicity, whether it infringes copyright or not. people are gonna go out and buy albums if they like the artists and feel like he's somebody they should support period. don't talk to me about any of this release date nonsense and try to convince that because the fucking video leaked 3 days before it was supposed to that I had anything to do with the lackluster sales. Cuz at the end of the day, I could really care less what any artist sells, it's just that I felt like Lupe deserved to at least go Gold.

And for your info, he has sold way more than 11,000 records, get your facts straight buddy.

I can appreciate what you are saying, and that you believe that you are helping the artist, but at the end of the day in surely in the only stakes that matter to the corporate Music world- album sales, you have done considerably more damage, and that is directly hurting Lupe himself who you profess to want to help so much.. Lupe has only sold 11 thousand albums, how many of those people who looked up your link then went and downloaded his album illegally and all this before it was even released?
Yes, the record labels need to catch up in this the digital age and I can appreciate you can’t understand what their problem with you is; and you obviously don’t, seeing you consider yourself to be the new free saviour slash messiah of Music publicity but all your really doing is encouraging robbery, and theft from the artist not the label, sooo whatever really, stop throwing your shit out the pram, just apologise and hopefully they won't sue you.

Keep doin' what you're doin, man. The industry's running on fumes with these "legal threats" and subpoenas and shit, and they're just proving your pull in affecting artists' take-home. Keep doing it.
