Charges Dropped Against Star
The New York D.A.’s office made it clear today that it is perfectly acceptable in this city to threaten to pee on a 4 year old child:
NEW YORK (Reuters) - Criminal charges against a New York hip-hop disc jockey — fired for racist and sexually threatening comments about a rival’s wife and daughter — will be dropped, the District Attorney’s office said on Thursday.
The case against Troi Torain, who goes by the name DJ Star, will be dropped in six months if he does three days community service and stays away from the four-year-old victim of his comments, said New York District Attorney spokeswoman Barbara Thompson.
Ok, Envy, now’s your chance. You wait until this all blows over, then you get dude murked. Anything less would be uncivilized.

Just as bad in jersey. My cousin told some kid in his school that he was gonna “kill him” or some other shit that kids say on a day to day basis. My cousin happened to have a lighter on him with a little slide out knife that probably couldn’t kill a mouse. They prosecuted him to the fullest degree and only because the cops fucked up so bad did he get off. But they were acting like he was gonna pull columbine pt. 2. Post 9/11 is crazy.

According to the statement on the site, in order for Game to avoid releasing The Devils Advocate under G-Unit/Aftermath, Dr. Dre and Jimmy Iovine advised him to sign a 5 album deal with Geffen for an undisclosed sum.
In return, Game will receive a distribution deal for $50 million for his record company, Black Wall Street which is under Interscope Records.
The presence of the Geffen and the Czar Entertainment logo (Game’s management) on comptongame.com and the absence of the Aftermath Logo confirm Game’s label move. Comptongame.com is owned by Interscope Records.
The statement also adds that Dr. Dre and Game’s relationship has not been affected by the label move. Dre will still play a big part in the making, marketing and the publicity of The Devils Advocate.
Representatives for Czar Entertainment didn’t return calls for comments
Earlier this week, The Game leaked one of the album’s singles titled “One Blood.” The Devils Advocate, which is set for release later this year, will feature appearances from Nas and Mary J Blige, while production is supplied by Cool & Dre, Scott Storch and Dr. Dre, among others.

Now that i’m back at work all toasty, I feel the need to share some info on taking piff breaks during work. Normally, I smoke spliffs ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spliff ) with the occassional L every here and there. But when at work, I find there’s nothing better than using a certain type of paper some of you may know called Randy’s. Its got a wire in it which basically allow you to keep your hands off the J after you take a few pulls. Now usually, I don’t reak of sours unless I got my fingers tightly gripped at the end of a J or L. This allows me to smoke without any way of being caught unless ofcourse I smoke too much. But these papers will only hold enough for you to get that nice toasty feeling, not that “everyone knows i’m high, why did i smoke” feeling. Next to the one hitter, there’s nothing better. And unlike the one hitter, you don’t have to carry around weed and a pipe, you just have a J that will self destruct on your command. Thank you, that is all.

Yeah, thats the worst feeling. When you smoke to relax but go back to work only to be totally inoperable. Having a glazed look on your face while you stare at your computer for 20 min trying to figure out what you wanted to do only to remember that thing you wanted to do was pee. That and having to talk to rambling people kills the whole experience.
