I saw KRS in a small club called the Muse in NYC chock full of thug niggas. KRS was like 20 minutes late and the crowd was ornery. Suddenly this cat appears in the crowd with Kenny Parker and both niggas TOWERED over everybody. Niggas parted like the Red Sea. He got on stage and absolutely murdered it. i got the bootleg of Second Round’s On Me. it’s only got 3 wack songs, but the production is done mostly by Eminem, so the beats sound kinda similar on alot of the tracks. but he’s one of the best lyricists in the game right now. i still can’t believe people say Lil’ Wayne is one of top rappers today. that’s like comparing Jadakiss to Pharrell. but Obie’s definitely got some heat, i’m kinda dissapointed almost all of the production is Em, not even 1 Dre track. it’s not as well-rounded as Cheers, but Obie’s got raw shit this time.
