as for this oprah vs. hiphop thing, no matter how many rappers get at her, she will win, why, cause she has america at her finger tips, of all races and ages, she has years in the industry and her buzz only grows with every show she does, and no hip hop artist can touch her shine or even come close to her shine. they can hate all they want, but bottom line is, shes doing her job and holding down her many business better then any hip hop artist can hold down themselves, with the respect of millions of people around the globe… so these hiphop artist need to get off oprahs breast and give it a rest cause all that talking and it aint doing shit to her…

Rags to riches? Are you kidding me? As much as I like Cube’s music and believe he is a legend in Hip Hop, his story is not a rags to riches story. Dude grew up in a pretty good neighborhood with loving parents and started doing music and getting paid as a professional at like 20. Not to take anything away from Duke, he made an excellent life for himself and his family, but he never wore “rags.”
