get you’re arguements straight. scooping biggums, you started talking about monotonous voices, then it switched to monotonous subject matter. which is it?

if its subject matter, then guru is not the only proven monotonous rapper. how many artists keep putting out albums full of crack-slinging, gun-toting, s-class-pushing, cristal-sipping, hoe-pimping, ice-flossing, and set-repping?

and can we post a list of givens that don’t need to be brought up anymore?

1. sales DO NOT prove you are an emcee. ying yang twins sell alot of records.

2. every region has a sound and its corresponding audience. if you don’t like it, don’t listen to it. there’s no point directing your disses towards fans of a certain rapper. but…

3. the music industry that drives hip-hop is sick. too much garbage gets passed off as good music. real hip-hop fans know what is good and what isn’t. they’ve also done their homework so they know how we got to where we are.

4. it makes no sense to diss a particular region because you don’t like some of the music they make. NY has had some shitty emcees. so has houston, memphis, chicago, atl, NO, etc. there’s good and bad in every city.
