i study law at school and this lady’s case does not add up with the time the incident happend. To prosecute a rape case in this day of time you need DNA to prove some one is guilty. Which questions if consent was giving to have sex are did she try to fit the attacker off. The defense has evidence in pictures that show the condition of the lady that are time dated which hurts her case. Plus there is an recording of an officer talking to dispacth about her being very intoxicated. Plus she has the stigma of being a stripper. THE RACE CARD CAN ONLY GO SO FAR. The main reason there were no arrest is because you have 39 supsects at a party that all fit the description she gave.

All the facts are not out yet. We don’t know everything that happened. Think about when Kobe got away with that same shit. There were alot of things that we were not privy to. WE DON’T KNOW the details of the “alleged” attack. Would there be DNA if a broom handle was shoved in her ass? No. Was she not examined and they concluded that she was raped? Yes. We can speculate until the Knicks make the playoffs, but the fact remains is that we don’t know all the facts.

All I’m saying is that WE the general public don’t know. There have been alot of weird things people are doing since the advent of the Internet.
