I don’t know how old this is, because I don’t really watch music video’s on TV, but it’s only been on Youtube for a week. I think this is the first time I actually paid attention to this Give ‘Em What They Want song, and I guess it’s ok. But oh man, that Pump Ya Fist joint is just plain awful, which probably means the general public will eat it up.

Son. you can’t hate on the peas like that, they are decent. I can understand why you dont really like them, but they are not trying to be anyone, they are original. Not all rap has to be thug like. At least they are keeping it real. To be real you dont neccessarily have to be gangsta, just be you.
Now with their emerging success, they have went a little too pop, and I hope they scale back, but generally their music is good. They wayyyy better than d4l, They shouldn’t added fergie, because they are too mainstream now. But I understand if you dont like them, cause thats just not you which is okay.

Second that. I can understand people thought they were nice on Behind the Front and Bridging the Gap, but then they just went eff it, let’s sell out. I’m from Europe and I’ve understood that they’re huge in the US too, but to me their music really feels like what some European kids would listen to and think they’re alternative, when it’s the highest rotated shit on MTV…
And yeah, to get back to the topic, DMX looks really bad. I would love for him to comeback but damn… Give em what they want is aight I guess, but nothing to make him comeback like that. Remember, he’s the only artist to have his 5 first albums debut at #1.

I’m the biggest DMX fan to ever post on Nah Right, but I just really can’t vibe with EITHER of those wack records. I’m feelin X’s other single “We In Here” (minus the chorus), but these 2 songs sound like some commercial trash.
It’s hard to believe this is the same man who made songs like “Damien,” “Fuckin’ Wit D,” “I Can Feel It,” “Get At Me Dog,” “Ruff Ryders Anthem,” “Bring Your Whole Crew,” “Blackout,” and so much more.
