if he didnt do it, he deserves his freedom.from the looks of it, the prosecution and the police did alot to make sure this man went down which is wrong.clearing peoples records so they dont look shady to the jury?thats all bad.

U know, I have really mixed feelings about this cat C Murder…
If I was indicting him on name and face alone…his ass would be a goner!

4 real however, I also realize that big names attract a certain element and it is easy for the police to pass them a bum rap.

However, I can’t get over the fact that a SIXTEEN year old child
( that’s awfully young) may have been KILLED by this old ass no rap skills having fart. If this b the case, I hope he rots in jail…

Somehow, someway, I think C murder had something 2 do with this child’s murder.

Jesus… Don’t open your mouth if you don’t have a clue what you’re talking about. He’s released 6 albums plus a couple with TRU… All of them didn’t sell like crazy but his debut “Life Or Death” went platinum and most of the rest are easily several times gold.

I don’t know, maybe you haven’t heard of No Limit in Canada… To busy pumping Choclair.

Oh please people. None of us knows if he did it. We also don’t know if the witness was telling the truth the first time or the second time. Yall talkin about it’s good to come home from prison. Guess what if you don’t live a criminal lifestyle your changes of going to jail are slim. If his 30 something year old behind wants to hang out with killers at clubs frequented by teenagers then he has to accept the concequences of that shit. Hopefully the prospect of going to jail for the rest of his life will make his dumb ass grow up. If not I’d gladly see his ass back in jail whether he commits a crime or not. STAY AWAY FROM THAT BULLSHIT AND YOU WON’T BE GOING TO JAIL FOR SHIT YOU DIDN’T DO.

Do you mean to tell me that an overzealous prosecution sent a black man to jail on trumped up charges? Are you saying that in a state known for its corruptness that a black man didn’t get a “fair” trial, and that the prosecution withheld evidence in an effort to put yet another man of color behind bars?

I’m not buying it.

To clarify, I’m buying the fact that it happened. What I’m not buying is the fact that we’re supposed to be surprised.
