   takeover was alright but kinda just like a catchy tune he spent too much time with subliminals while nas was straight forward on ether but i gotta respect jay for gettin mobb deep on that track cause mobb deep sucks just as bad as yayo i think the subject just needs dropped cause they are both legends and have pretty much inspired every rapper i dont see why everyone argues about it so much thats like arguing that 50 is still better than game after 300 bars its just not worth the fight but back to the subject of nas and jay-z their styles are too different to compare and its not like either of them suck they are both good rappers that nobody can touch to this day,well maybe game but why would he they are idols man

    Wow. I couldn’t find the words to reply at first but here it goes. Game (the rapper) is ok like most have stated and its too early to say that he’s as good as any of the greats but… It really doesn’t look like he will amount to anything like any of the greats. Lets remember. Illmatic, Ready To Die, Reasonable Doubt, Paid In Full, Criminal Minded, these were all the artist first albums and are/were classics from the start. You cannot say that about Game and his debut album will never be a classic. It will eventually be old but never a classic.

    Better than Pac? That is next to impossible to put anyone above Pac and I will explain. There aren’t too many rappers that can get at you on ANY level and his lyrics really get at you. Most rappers are conscience, ganster, or party. Common, Biggie, Joe Buddens (in order). Pac’s delivery wasn’t as robust as Jay Z’s but he had a lot more to say. Over all, in rap (writing, content and rhyming), Pac is the best. In the rap game, Jay Z is the best. You may be able to argue that KRS ONE or Rakim are the best lyrical but complete rappers, standing the test of time, you have Pac and in a distant second you may be able to throw LL. Now, after saying LL I need not even mention Canibus b/c you all know where he ended. And that is my .22 (My opinion).
