A$AP Rocky Premieres New Track with D.R.A.M & Juicy J

Wednesday, April 19th, 2017

If you’re like me, there was no Coachella for you this past weekend, and their certainly weren’t any Coachella after parties on the schedule. One moment we all missed, besides Kendrick Lamar’s remarkable set, was A$AP Rocky premiering a new track featuring D.R.A.M and Juicy J, that we’ll call “Gilligan” for now, at the Weedmaps party. Check out a video of the premiere below which features some very clear audio of most of the track.

Lebron Teases Tracks from Kendrick Lamar’s DAMN

Thursday, April 13th, 2017

We’re several hours away from the release of Kendrick Lamar’s mysterious new album DAMN and while we’ve learned some more about it from the production credits and tracklist that surfaced this week, we haven’t really heard much other than the single “HUMBLE”. Lebron James, on the other hand, appears to have had the full album for long enough to learn entire verses by heart, as evidenced by several snippets he posted on his Instagram Story Thursday morning. Check out Lebron’s previews of the track “Element,” and some others, below.

Curren$y Teases “Miami Vice” ft. Rick Ross, Announces Next Album

Tuesday, February 21st, 2017

This afternoon, Curren$y teased a new track called “Miami Vice” that features Rick Ross over a production by StreetRunner. He also took the opportunity to announce the title of his next project, The Motion Picture Soundtrack, which he says is due in April. After suggesting he’d be going on hiatus after his 12-month run of releases in 2016, Spitta doesn’t seem to have taken even one single day off. Since January he’s released the Jetlanta EP and just this past weekend he dropped the Jet Life All-Stars compilation. Don’t forget he’s also got joint projects with Big K.R.I.T and Freddie Gibbs on deck.

Check out a preview of “Miami Vice” below.

Chance The Rapper Teases New Future Collaboration

Tuesday, February 21st, 2017

Chance The Rapper, who worked with Future on “Smoke Break” for his break-out 2016 Coloring Book mixtape, teased a new collaboration with the Freebandz prez on his Instagram account yesterday. In two short clips, one of which is tagged with DJ Esco’s name, Chance plays a couple of snippets of a track presumably called “My Peak”. It sounds like a winner, but who knows when or where it will drop. According to a fresh rumor that surfaced on Tuesday via HitsDailyDouble, Future actually has another brand new album coming this Friday, just a week after the release of his new self-titled project a few days ago. If that’s true, maybe the record ends up on that? I guess we’ll see soon enough.

Drake Previews Yet Another New Song in London

Friday, February 17th, 2017

I feel like Drake has been in the UK for 6 months at this point, but apparently, it has only been like 3 weeks. In any event, a new week brings a new More Life snippet. Here he is at Paper Soho in London last night playing something new for the crowd. He also hit XOYO and ended up taking the stage for a quick performance of “Energy” with Skepta and Giggs during a set by Smoke Dawg and Nafe Smalls.

Watch both below.
