Remy Ma Put Nicki Minaj on The Summer Jam Screen

Monday, June 12th, 2017

Last night at Hot 97’s annual Summer Jam, Remy Ma brought a veritable who’s who of female MC’s on stage with her for a moment of unity before then proceeding to absolutely drag Nicki Minaj. Remy was joined onstage by the likes of MC Lyte, Queen Latifah, Lil Kim, Lady of Rage, Young M.A and Cardi B, before closing out her set with a scathing live performance of her Nicki diss “ShETHER” while several embarrassing images flashed across the infamous screen.

During a recent listening session for 2 Chainz upcoming album Pretty Girls Like Trap Music, guests heard a preview of Nicki’s verse on the song “Realize” during which she explicitly calls out Remy with a line that suggests Papoose wrote “ShETHER” and references the copyright trouble Remy encountered for using the “Ether” instrumental. So yeah, this beef is likely to live on through the Summer and possibly beyond.

Watch both below.

Remy Ma – Another One (Nicki Minaj Diss)

Thursday, March 2nd, 2017

Remy Ma isn’t waiting around for Nicki Minaj to get her bearings and respond, she’s letting off another round on a new diss called “Another One”. It’s not nearly as brutal as “ShETHER” but it doesn’t really need to be, this is just another tap after the uppercut.

Waka Flocka – Was My Dog (Gucci Mane Diss)

Wednesday, February 8th, 2017

After teasing the artwork on social media the other day, and then directly addressing his ongoing beef with former partner Gucci Mane during an interview with Charlie Sloth on BBC Radio 1Xtra just yesterday, Waka Flocka goes directly for LaFlare’s neck on “Was My Dog”. If you missed the BBC interview, the pertinent comments are handily included at the end of the song. It’s almost as if Waka had been planning this campaign for some time.

KiD CuDi Calls Out Drake on Twitter

Friday, October 28th, 2016

All of you superheroes who stepped up to cape for Kid CuDi after Drake took a shot at him on his new song “Two Birds, One Stone” may have been a bit premature with your concern. CuDi can handle his own business beefs, thank you very much. In a tweet sent out moments ago, presumably from wherever he’s currently still in treatment, CuDi challenged Drake to pop that shit to his face (pussy). I can’t imagine a situation where that would ever happen, but I hope it does because that would be the most melodic fair one ever.

See Cudi’s tweet below.

Kanye Responds to KiD CuDi After Twitter Shots

Thursday, September 15th, 2016

KiD CuDi went on a Twitter diatribe earlier today in which he lamented certain aspects of the music industry in 2016 and specifically called out Kanye West and Drake, explaining to his followers that if the two new besties felt his comments applied to them, they were right and that he didn’t necessarily give a single fuck how they felt.

Kanye, never one to back down from a perceived slight, responded during his Saint Pablo Tour stop in Tampa on Wednesday night. Watch the video below, but the gist is that Kanye claimed paternity and would like for Mr. Mescudi to kindly refrain from speaking his name.

Watch footage from the show and read some of CuDi’s tweets below. UPDATE: Drake also responded during his own tour stop in Oakland, video added below.

Here’s Flex’s Response to Drake

Saturday, August 6th, 2016

As you know, Drake called out Funkmaster Flex during his show at MSG earlier this week and Flex promised to deliver one of his signature on-air responses during his Saturday evening shift. True to his word, Flex delivered a diatribe that touched on the notorious 2009 Hot 97 freestyle session during which Drake read his bars from his Blackberry, the subject of the Quentin Miller reference tracks and Drake’s alleged altercation with Diddy in Miami.

Here Are 50 Cent & The Game Dapping Each Other at The Club

Tuesday, August 2nd, 2016

50 Cent and The Game were recently spotted partying at the Ace of Diamonds strip club in LA and even dapping each other up very peacefully in a new video obtained by TMZ. This isn’t the first time the two former rivals have partied in such close proximity, but the mutual respect shown and absence of any tension is pretty clear and drives home how far these guys have come over the past 10 years, or even since this past February. Game eventually even grabbed the mic and announced to the club that he no longer has any quarrel with Curtis.
