Suge Knight Pleads Not Guilty, Rushed to Hospital

Suge Knight was in court earlier today to enter a not guilty plea to charges of murder and attempted murder in the fatal hit & run incident that occurred in Compton last week. TMZ is now reporting that Suge was rushed to the hospital shortly thereafter for what is believed to be a panic attack. Suge is also presumably still feeling it from the 6 bullets he took last Summer, so that could be a factor in his hospitalization as well. Either way, he certainly has plenty of reason to panic as he could be facing life in prison if convicted of these charges as a convicted felon under California’s “three strikes” laws, plus his bail has been pulled.

UPDATED: According to a newly surfaced video tape of the incident, law enforcement now believes that somebody pulled a gun on Suge during the confrontation. From TMZ:

Suge Knight now has a video of the entire parking lot altercation that resulted in a man’s death — and law enforcement tells us it shows someone holding a gun and pointing it ominously at Suge, and that person is Cle “Bone” Sloan.

Sources connected with Suge believe the video clearly shows the fight leading up to the fatal hit and run was an ambush. We’re told you see a gun in Bone’s hand … and it looks like another person is also there holding a gun.

UPDATED: Now TMZ says prosecutors don’t believe the video proves a gun was pulled on Suge and they will actually be using the footage to build their case against Knight.
