  2. &What?! Says:

Right so Jigga’s albums are all viewed as great by different people, minus Kingdom Come really.

Currently listening to Vol 3 in its entirety

  3. das Says:

    >>> ‘Suit & Tie’

    I ain’t feeling it.

  4. &What?! Says:

Truthfully I’ve not listened to every single Jay-Z album from start to finish.. gonna change that now so I can really get a taste of which albums are the best. Reasonable Doubt/The Black Album/Blueprint obviously I’ve listened to fully but not all the other ones

I commend Rhymefest, but the truth is all you can do is lead by example and set the trend for a better way like Hov did.

Preaching to these kids will fall on deaf ears, you don’t appeal to them, their thuggery is more sinister than yours it has to be. Didn’t we learn anything from Marlo Stanfield? That was Ed Simon and Dave Burn’s message.

The last season showed how it starts, kids are already full fledged goons by 14-15, the get killed like Wallace and Namond. Survive like being a fiend like Dookie, or just dealt a bad hand like Cheese’s illegitimate son Randy.

You can’t fix it from the core, cause you don’t go home with these kids, or adults. All you can do LIVE YOUR LIFE, there’s no such thing as community and unity. It’s all bullshit.

It’s rich or poor, dumb and smart …the visionary know’s how to appeal to either when necessary, that’s how he makes his money. And that’s the bottomline MONEY.

Hov and Obama showed you that …if you read between the lines.

some good comments as of late…

    keep going!

  7. cOLD Says:

“Nas has the balls to say what hov wont

Hov has the money to not say what Nas will”

R&B been stale for a couple of seasons, this JT project sounds good to me.

… and co what duke said about the youth needing a Pac like figure to follow for upliftment…

And listening to the Hughes bro interview… Pac knew exactly what he was doing. Rhyme about about gangsta shit, get their ears, and soon as you got their attention, flip it on em. The ole bait n switch.

Personally I think it’ll take more than that these days… They need some type of martyr, a nigga who will bleed for em. A high ranking nigga who would declare war, give away his wealth and be on the front impoverished lines with em.

A campaign with huge bill boards that read: Wanna change your life, want a way out. Follow me.

Track 3 should be dope. Buckwild’s work is worthy of being brought up in a top 10 discussion.

Lamborghini & Dolce & Gabbana posted record profits last year.

Rappers gotta stop promoting these brands for free now.
