    my best time was likee 14:50 with 2 miles

    HIIT (high intensity interval training) >>> long distance running

    Sprint as fast as you possibly can for 30 secs walk for a minute .. do this
    for 15-20 minutes youll burn more calories than an hour of long distance
    running

    but i still need to get on my long distance cardio shit just for my respitory
    health..im tryna be 80 still burnin doobies

    word, cosign HIIT to the fullest

    i don’t really do distance running, i try to keep ’em to 2-3 miles tops. That HIIT really develop and strengthen the legs almost as much as heavy leg days without all the time and weights. definitely official

    and you doing good for sticking to doobs. i try but always end up copping the garcia y vegas
