she lying though? Flex stay shooting at broads, and bitching up when it comes to shooting at men. Niki gets pulled from summer jam by Wayne and Baby…but Flex shoots at Niki…for following orders…

^nah chick is masterful. she called jim a fairy who was too concerned with fashion who she would fuck with a strap on. she called flex a ol dusty fatfuck. she talk like a nahright vet.

  2. 7v5a7 Says:

did you buy the album though?

    where.is.your.physical.copy?

    ^^

Best Buy Deluxe Version with the T-shirt included

  3. Black Says:

I don’t think Nas had them niggas write no bars. It is crazy watching grown men on twitter rush to attack shorty tho. Like if what she tweeted today is real shorty is legit in this Hip Hop shit.

  4. Harlem World Says:

like come on, nas is a legend

but for real if he wanted to plough down kelis instead of record some boring records about fried chicken and queens getting zero money then i understand

  5. Bricktop Says:

CamelNation wanna see Nas fail SO BAD!!!!

  6. Harlem World Says:

    queens getting no money

    queens is iraq/afghanistan status

jay e cant even ghostwrite accurately

  7. sealsaa Says:

And Flex jumped to Jimi’s defense when the shit had nothing to do with him. She told the nigga to sit down and have a drink of fat-free water. I lol’ed and respected it.

Flex keep a hot pink .22 in his murse…always ready to go to war with a broad

The nas album is water in the desert. It puts Jay on the defensive, details why nas may be the goat and is number two in his canon. dream overstated what happened on that mediocre, distracted album because the cat she was responding to was articulating the critique LIG made implicit. A lot of sound and fury really over very little. All music is collaborative. It is only freaks of nature like J. Dilla and Prince that can make songs or albums all by themselves.

LOL this is ALL utter nonsense.. Nas STANs are the funniest… I been dying laughing all week..

  11. The Shot Clock Says:

    What’s the problem?

    ^

look. i’m a be real if this had been any other of those frisbees he’s produced since It Was Written, with the 2 or 3 singles on it and the mafiosio gun talk tracks and the hot producer tracks, i would still be disappointed in the god but not as much.

but untitled was different. that shit had me actually listening to nas again. overall it was still a weak album but i was proud of him for going there. but turns out he didn’t really go there, he just liked the idea of going there then he hired some other niggas to hold his hand through the process so he could run around in a nigger shirt and shock the world.

nas lost my respect a lil bit and if yall are really honest he lost some of yalls respect to. just that some of us direct that anger at nas and other direct it at defending him

    > all you’re doing is feeding them dry hay with these questions.

jus keepin it a buck, brick.

the issue is past trivial now, IMO.

  15. tHe kiD fRanKiE Says:

Smh at Nas Warriors y’all by far the most adamant self dejected fans

All of this. Broads deal in conjecture and he say/she say. Case in point, Ms. Dream Scampton and her aggy state of mind.

  18. 456 Says:

LOL this is ALL utter nonsense.. Nas STANs are the funniest… I been dying laughing all week..

^not a nas stan. check the records.

  19. Harlem World Says:

nas is not a rival of jay-z’s

this is why i cant stand being team nas even though i think hes the best after pac (and jay)

nas fanatics stay living in the past “ether, illmatic, az, kelis, iww”

nas is the soviet union and present day russia – a former superpower but now has minimal relevance in the game

jay’s competition is wayne, drake, ross, kanye – thats who hes tryna spar with, the game has moved on without nas, a woman is the most relevant rapper in the game

its 2012 my nigras – nas talking about past beefs, past relationships, nigras he used to roll with

    – while nigras are tryna reach brazil, bahamas, barbados – set up businesses n shit – nas aint for that, life is good is for feeling sorry for yourself, its loner music – its good music but its not what everyone wants to hear

  20. 456 Says:

nas aint for that, life is good is for feeling sorry for yourself, its loner music

^this indicates that you could not hear the album. life is good is like dogwhistles for gods.

If only there were enough currenthee stanths in the world to costhine your sentiments into validity.

  22. Harlem World Says:

if jay-z said yo bleek wrote sunshine – that shitty song on that shitty album of mine

i would be so grateful to know that jay aint really create that trash

    but nas fans, shits disgusting

for real, get off nas dick

  23. The Shot Clock Says:

a woman is the most relevant rapper in the game

    ^

    who dat? drake or nikki?

  24. JDS of the Cobra Kai Dojo Says:

    @ Shot Clock

I just think it’s disingenuous to say he hired someone else to do the album or whomever held his hand. Large Pro has a penchant for exercising a heavy hand editing and whatnot when he produces for Nas, but that doesn’t make the songs not Nas’ own.

All it is is about trying to tap into a level of authenticity. He wanted to do a NIGGER album, and dead prez just so happens to specialize in that lane of music. I just really don’t see why building with those dudes to try and realize the vision you had is so terrible.

  25. jderrida Says:

Nas stans x em Stan’s are THE WORST

    ^^^

    Accurate.

  26. tHe kiD fRanKiE Says:

^there are elements of hiphop culture that is not about ‘the game’. LIG transcends the game.

  29. BSEENANDHEARD Says:

^^^ Lmao … Nas STANs stay obsessed with Jay-Z STANs..

^^^^ Nas Stans are all Beanie Sigel…its all Jay’s fault lmao… they really think Jay wants to be K.O.N.Y still

  30. tHe kiD fRanKiE Says:

One bad word about Nasir n they lickin shots whinin throwin up they arms sashaying hip smackin lips three straight days u been whinin

You might not even stuck up for ur own wife but u go to war for a rapper unnever met….

  31. Harlem World Says:

the nigra might have wanted to fuck his wife or get faded instead of write a few songs

    who cares, really!

dr dre aint never write a verse in his life

and hes seen as a hip hop legend

snoop has ghostwriters, still seen as a legend

  32. Bricktop Says:

Yo HW, how can you call ANYBODY delusional, if you earnestly believe there’s any other comp for Jay besides Nas?

  33. JDS of the Cobra Kai Dojo Says:

    But it’s whatever though.

My favorite rapper is Mighty Mos anyways, so I don’t trip over a nigga I’m a fan of focusing on life and his craft over trying to impress niggas.

  34. hood trill stunting aka trap day man Says:

    Hw summed it up perfect

    The game passed him by

    >lmao!

jetlife stans are the stupidest people ever!

  35. tHe kiD fRanKiE Says:

Gunplay wale meek mill all More relevant than nas w/I this lil scandal y’all lanes wasn’t even mentioning LIG anymore

    Fact

  36. Woodrow the Basehead Says:

“nas is the soviet union and present day russia – a former superpower but now has minimal relevance in the game”

You look at music as art or commerce?

In terms of his art – Nas will be looked at in Hip Hop history as better than Jay i believe, as a rapper, as a lyricist. That make me a stan? you see things in those terms then whatever whatever.

You understand art? and how music will be viewed in history etc? and you talking about Ross and Drake being on any kind of level with Nas? as artists? seriously?

  37. Harlem World Says:

Nas is so far behind the curve, so out of touch, so slow to react

that he only just collabed with amy winehouse

2 years after she passed away

  38. The Shot Clock Says:

All it is is about trying to tap into a level of authenticity. He wanted to do a NIGGER album, and dead prez just so happens to specialize in that lane of music. I just really don’t see why building with those dudes to try and realize the vision you had is so terrible.

well then we get into what ppl have actually said. from the two ppl who got this whole thing started, dream hampton and FWMJ. both of them have been part of the industry for a long time from what i’ve read, dream hampton especially has an excellent reputation as a writer/filmmaker. 2dpeboyz linked a good article that talks about how those two are not just some random fans on the internet. they are industry vets. so they are credible sources.

so now you have credible industry individuals – one who had a phone call with JE and another who heard 6 refrernce tracks. both of them were disappointed after hearing what they heard. that tells me that the help that nas received was more than just helping bouncing ideas. it tells me that JE and stic basically drew the picture and nas traced over it. that’s the impression that i’m getting. of course i got no issue with niggas collabing in the studio. but dream and fwmj would not have been disappointed, they wold not have let this info fly in the way they did if it had just been run of the mill collaborations…common sense tells me that.

  39. tHe kiD fRanKiE Says:

    So easily trolled

Your boy would be collecting shrimp with his jawbone down in NOLA if it weren’t for the internet. You have no place to talk about a legend’s legacy.

  44. jderrida Says:

lolo Jones looks darker on ESPN right now…

  45. Woodrow the Basehead Says:

Amy idolised Nas – thats why she recorded Me and Mr Jones (gettit?) and why she sampled Made You Look on her 1st album.

Read her interviews – Amy appreciated music as art more than most – Nas was her favourite rapper.

They worked together while she was alive.

    Check your facts.

The Washington Generals are the only comp for the Globetrotters

  47. Black Says:

Dream said she met Nas at Big’s house before Illmatic dropped and he played a tape where he freestyled for 17 mins. She met the nigga Stic(nh) in Cuba in Assata Shakur’s room. Met Hov when he confronted her over a critique she wrote about RD. Introduced Jay E to Puff and played Exhibit C for Hov.

If all that is true shorty is official. Don’t mean she telling the truth but to just write her off is sad.

But stic has been open about what it was he was involved in with the album since the shit dropped. It was never a question back then, so why is it now?

And you’re going to place faith in somebody who “heard” this and that with no proof and probably a misunderstanding, over the niggas who actually made the shit saying “I wrote hooks and produced. This is exactly what I did. Look, this is the part that I wrote.”?

  57. Harlem World Says:
