@ Chief you also need to fuck with the bubble tea fruit smoothies at Joy Yee on Halsted – always fresh – cop that papaya/lychee or that mango/lychee jawn – pure heaven.

Maaaaaaaaaaaan, I fuck with them heavy too. That’s my favorite Asian restaurant actually. I hit up the one on Halsted and the one in Chinatown depending on which one’s closer at the moment.

For Thai food, you want Ruby of Siam on Washington…and thank me later.

Plus they got a lunch buffet during the week with watermelon slices for dessert (I know how you people love watermelon).

Federal income taxes were intended for those earning an income from the government.. We’re (non-gov employees) are paying *voluntarily*. That said when you in the matrix you play by the rules

Word. I was watching some documentary (can’t remember the name) where former IRS employees went so far as to say that civilians having to pay taxes is unconstitutional. Shit is indeed a game.

This is actually untrue. Furthermore, taxation is an area of the law where you can be criminally liable even if you have a sincerely held belief that a law is not applicable to you. In literally every case in front of every American court in history, anyone who has argued that he sincerely believed taxation was unconstitutional still received a fine or jail time or both. The government has taken an extremely hard line stance on people who say it’s unconstitutional – it’s basically a recipe to get jail time in addition to a monetary penalty.

I really need to get more familiar with these federal and state tax laws

Wesley Snipes tried to argue that federal taxation is unconstitutional and the judge gave him jail time so fast his fucking head spun like Exorcist.

I feel bad for dudes who find conspiracy theory websites telling them taxation is unconstitutional – you get these hicks from Alabama saying they haven’t payed federal taxes in 29 years because it’s unconstitutional – absolutely untrue. Those guys are probably on welfare, which is why they don’t pay taxes. As recent as this past month, the Supreme Court reiterated that the federal government has the power to levy taxes, when they upheld ObamaCare.

It’s actually VERY true though you are correct, you’d be hard pressed to fight it and win.
The Constitution forbids a direct tax on the wages of US Citizens and the Supreme Court has consistently ruled that income tax is a tax on gains and not on labor.
    Eisner v. Macomber, 252 U.S. 189 (1920)
Which held that income isn’t a wage or labor but a gain on corporate activity. Furthermore labor is in and of itself private property.

Peep the IRS code.. It actually says *voluntary*..
    Good luck fighting it though
