    7 rounds of 7 pullups and 7 manmakers for time

    manmakers – stand holding 2 dumbbells in each hand at your sides (at least 20lbs) then drop down into a squat (n), placing the dumbbells on the ground. kick both feet back into a wide pushup position, pushup and then perform a row with each arm, raising the dumbbells to your chest while still in pushup position. next, jump your feet in between the dumbbells, and stand explosively, pressing the dumbbells overhead as you rise.

    or if you feeling gully, you can do renegade manmakers, which is basically an extra pushup after performing both rows, and alternating leg lunges after the overhead press at the end of the og manmaker

    That shit is a killer, trust.
