    if you haven’t already, you need to check out that track over on 39th and cottage grove…i was over there last night getting a workout in, too many bad females getting it in…there was some sort of a flag football league w/majority chicks then you had a few actually putting in laps on the track…the god stayed distracted

    workout of the day my dude:

    run 1 mile

    120 pushups broken up into sets of wide hand pushups, shuffle pushups (start in pushup position, move right hand over to left hand, then move left hand further left back to standard pushup position, perform pushup then repeat on other side for 1 rep) and diamond pushups

    Descending burpee sets – perform 10 burpees, take 10 breaths, perform 9 burpees, take 9 breaths…follow that pattern all the way to 1 rep

    if you’re still standing after that, another mile run w/100 meter sprint intervals

    *Daps* on that. I’m still at the L.A. Fitness on Roosevelt. I thought about leaving but in came the onslaught of bad business women that’s trying to get in shape for vacation. I actually love that place now. I’m talking about the ghetto chicks thats not so ghetto anymore. You know, the ones that was raised in the hood, went to college and reformed themselves. The uber thick thats conscious and in-tune with their bodies, type. So many asses and so many pretty, thick, juicy, dark skinned women.

    You need to come there. We need to trade gym passes God, lol.
