AMC just revealed that the fifth and final season of Breaking Bad will begin July 15. The sixteen episode season will be split in two: Eight episodes will air this year and then we’ll have to wait a whole other year, Summer 2013, for the final eight

    Smart move.

If the writing team goes in a bad direction this year the breaking bad management can change course next year.

I think AMC is trying to avoid the Sopranos clusterfuck of an ending.

Word is that the season this year will be the end and will tie up the series and next will be a bunch of single episode stories. But if fans don’t enjoy the season this year they’ll do something different next year.

  14. London Bloke Says:

    WTT concert was good.

Confirmed that 95% songs on BP3/WTT and by Jay/Kanye are aimed at concerts

Stadium music…which then sell out areans…which then makes money

It doesnt sound like BMF, what will people complain about?

  26. JDS of the Cobra Kai Dojo Says:

Lu disrespected three times over though, which is what bothers me.

    He didn’t ask Pete.

He had another producer recreate Pete’s chop instead of them doing their own.

And he spit over a tribute song (a BIG no-no)

  27. Big_seth Says:

    Lupe >>> tho

It’s kind of a dumb choice for a lead single but he knows what he is doing.

I think it’s to show the backpackers like “this albums for you”

  28. Tweezy Says:

Apparently one dude has PAID and been to every night

^ man needs more responsibility and goals in his life

  29. Big_seth Says:

The lyrics are on point. Worse people have used that sample and I ain’t never hear Pete Rock get mad.

It’s not like it’s his sample. Lol. He didn’t do much to it on TROY

This beat is def not as good as TROY tho (no homo)

    That’s the thing though, Seth.

Pete asked Tom Scott to use the sample, to which he approved. Pete chopped it and made the bassline which turned it into Pete’s song.

Now, if the nigga Lu used took Tom Scott’s sample and chopped it another way, then cool. But he tried to remake Pete’s beat which is corny. And on top of that he didn’t even do it better.

  31. Troyvul Says:

    Lupe preaching again?
