    I’m sure jeezy can still put out a good album, but I highly doubt he can put out anything that resonates with the public as much as his first three albums were able to

    I was thinking the same thing…4 months ago.

    But I think this Ross shit has shaken Jeezy up a lil bit. And no one can ignore how complacency has derailed careers like 50’s & TI’s (although in Clifford’s case, stupidity helped a large art as well).

    I think Jeezy is very aware of his legacy and the crossroads he’s at. He’s releasing single worthy stuff that doesn’t really deviate from the persona he’s already established.

    Jeezy never “sold out” so he’s gonna have the streets. The trick is keeping it in the trap while appealing to the masses & I think that’s exactly what Jeezy is working hard to produce.

    He may never top his debut in terms of impact or hype but he can make a better album.

    The Recession came really close already.
