Knicks star Amar’e Stoudemire is among several NBA players working out with Isiah Thomas the past few weeks, according to an ESPN.com report.

Stoudemire has been working out with the former Knicks coach and president at Florida International University, the college that Thomas has coached the past two seasons. Because Thomas has no affiliation with the Knicks, despite owner James Dolan’s best efforts, he is allowed to work out with NBA players during the lockout.

The report states that Hawks star Joe Johnson, Bulls guard Jannero Pargo and Heat veteran Juwan Howard have also been apart of the workouts.
