difficult for me to believe Cash Money/Universal is being 700k CDs…
labels are known to buy a few thousand CD’s If the artist is near a milestone like GOLD or Platinum.
—————————————————
Exactly, there’s a cost benefit to these things. Buying 100+k CDs wouldn’t make much sense.
I Am Not a Human Being had like one single [at least beofre the CD came out].
C4 has 4, the worst was #22, and the other 3 went Top 10. She Will is #3, and How to Love is in the Top 10 still, I believe.

And the report was from Billboard.com. The guys that make the charts.
Not some random rumour site.
———————–
Usually BB goes into detail as to where the artist is going to pickup the sales (digital versus retail) and gives the percentages and progress.
This time there was none of that…just “WAYNE WILL DO A MILLI AGAIN” and this news literally was released the morning after the VMA’s probably to counter the Carter Baby news.

This kizza RNC’s favorite part of the music industry is adding and subtracting top singles to compute First Week Album Sales
How’d that shit work for WTT, Kumar ?
STFU fan boy

I gotta say, this sounds like its veering on conspiracy.
The article wasn’t as detailed as before, and I have know idea how the baby plays into this.
Like I said, it’s probably going to do less than 850k since this type of album more people probably bought on the first day than the rest of the week, but 500k is for sure and he’ll probably do higher.

no one knew about “i am a human being” wasn’t that shit released when he was locked up?
as for “rebirth”.. who the fuck would want to buy a rock n roll wayne album? the only single for that was “drop the world” i think which was a hit but nobody’s gunna be checkin for that album
carter 3 sold a milli first week… obviously carter 4 gunna be doin numbers
far better promo, multiple singles, vma performance, weezy’s fanbase, the fact it’s the sequel to carter 3
smh i’m stating the obvious
A Dude logic<<<<<<<<<<<<<<
