J.Cole – Any Given Sunday 2

For the record, these are not mixtapes, not EP’s either. I wake up on Sunday’s and I decide what songs I want to let out or rerelease for yall. You’ve been so patient for 2 YEARS! I think you deserve some insight and unreleased music.

Tracklist and download link below.

1. Bring Em’ In- Made this in ATL during the “single hunt” phase. Even though it wasn’t a single and won’t make the album, I love this shit!

2. Roll Call- Just some real shit. Venting

3. Be Freestyle- “Put on for my city like my favorite jacket… “man, you gon’ where that every got damn night??”.. “know what I paid for this shit?? bitch, you got damn right!!”

^u on that quincy carter caine.spitta aint even better than bleek.he six albums on with no plaque, he should quit.

  9. hl Says:

Rza should be ashamed for that beat he submitted for Watch The Throne.

  10. k Says:

but the wise will seem [sic] the gems hidden behind all the leather trouser and big money talk sprinkled thru out the album

THIS. That’s the story of this album — a whole lot of stunting masking a whole lot of pain, anxiety and fatigue. This music is deep.

The album is brilliant, yall. For real. Full of bangers, incredible lyrics, amazing, adventurous production, and real life experience. Murder to Excellence? New Day? The shit he says about Lil’ Wayne in Welcome to the Jungle? This stuff is pushing the boundaries of hip-hop, and music in general.

I hope yall dont dismiss this as stannery, cause its not; I pride myself on my objectivity. This album is a classic — watch for the reviews that come out.

  11. Mr. Iceberg Slim Says:

Problem with jayz is his lyrics go right over some niggas heads, they have no idea wtf he is talking about. Ge references greek mythology with Christianity and the strugglr of young black men and niggas like shit is wack. Some people love fastfood music

    hI,

i’d like to hear your analysis. you’d have to be in denial not to concede anything good about the album…

  19. Eastern_Digital Says:

I only heard Niggas in Paris so far and I turned that shit off after 2 minutes. And that’s supposedly the best track of the album. The beat is awful.

    WOW@ Stephen A Smith hosting Mike&Mike this morning…

Son is by far, the GOAT sports writer/tv talking head…

  27. tHe KiD fRanKiE Says:

I still say jay top 3
    1 Reas
    2 hard knock 3
3 American gangster I enjoyed this album sans a few joints

    I’ve like all of Ye’s albums…..

But that shit us dead. I can’t relate to niggas in yachts n Paris fashion week x shit

So I have no interest in hearing this album. I’d rather listen to drake cornball ass

“If it ain’t the jets than it ain’t nothin”

  28. Harlem World Says:

    @007

hard knock life 2 is goat jigga album

^i prefered the rawness n gritty tales of Reasonable

Hard knock 2 was the grey one? If so yes that album was good but shit blueprint was better than that one. I quit hov after hnk3.
Ran wit cash money circa 99
Huge jay fan swear I had da first to rocawear shirt in pitt!

It was a cheap ass tee wit a quarter water on it n the roc wear symbol this like 95 young nigga

“I been had cash, oh lord I done found my swagggggg”

  33. Jackson7 Says:

What did niggas really expect tho?

Jay is 42 years old and Kanye West is becoming repetitive

They are who we thought they were…(c) Dennis Green

WTT is OK.. Slightly better than bp3…

  34. Jackson7 Says:

Lmao @ whitlock and simmons ..

Whitlock is an obese uncle tom with no connection to the players and no tv presence… simmons is a glorified blogger who knows all about boston sports and nothing else..

Stephen A is a veteran columnist and an honest and socially aware and unafraid representative of black issues as they relate to sports… unprecedented..

    And he knows his shit

  35. K1ng Says:

while most of you are probably listening to WTT I woke up and blasted Ether in the whip as I drive to work.

    #Winning

  36. Jersey*made*me Says:

Just got WTT and *dead* @ niggas crucifying it off one listen. Niggas be dying to hate,LOL.

Imma listen with a open mind as far as the beats cuz obviously they are 2 of the best lyricist doing it. I just heard Kayne say some shit about a zebra and jungle fever that was ill,and Jay said “i’m balling out chea I know yall hear my sneaks”……thank God for some listenable rhymes this summer.

My thing ain’t if it’s good or bad,it’s if Kanye gets Jay on some of the tracks, not renegade, just one up….

    Time to grind

    *daps the e-homies*

But on TV/Radio he’s pretty compelling
