Correction: Weekend At Burnies is better than I suggested.

Some shit shouldn’t be done when you’re in a bad mood. My barber kinda messed my shit up this weekend and I was listening to the album right after. I was so pissed that I barely listened.

I’m 8 songs deep on this listen and I’m digging it – besides the long instrumental stretch tacked on to the song with Fiend.

  4. Jackson7 Says:

Just Blaze and RZA are #1 and #2

    any order

    the rest is totally debateable

Niggas gotta hustle & get it how they live. I understand that. But back then, no one knew the ramifications behind that shit would far outweigh the money, cause only the bosses got rich. Workers got prison or the graveyard or got strung out on their own pack.

    ^^
I ain’t trynna hear all that shit..Im not a tribalist..white people got 20x as many drugs and they don’t see their community as “poisoned”.

I know white people that smoke crack all night and work all day productively, we’ve just been bred to always consider ourselves as victims.

Yea..and today the black community is thriving right?

I lived it b..we was picking cotton, but we was picking it together.

    You sound stupid.

Cats were poisoning the black community & destroying the black family.

its would appear to me both of these sorts of times have been bad for the black community.

we lost a lot in the 90s to kids being independent and hustling and kids today are hella dependent and needy. They can’t make it on their own.

US politics are always about extremes. aint no reasonable middle ground. This country BEEN fucked tho.

I can agree with this. Only reason I would say RZA over Just is that a lot of sampling techniques Just used came from the RZA.

Pitchfork: What’s the status of the Nas collaboration?

HB: The song is almost finished. We’re just waiting on a verse. It will be Frank Ocean, Tyler, Hodgy Beats, and Nas. I’m just stoked to be on a song with him. I know I’ll meet him eventually. When I was younger, I met his father on an airplane. That was tight.

smh at these girls having no control, getting multiple abortions..and then drop out of school to have 3 kids by 3 different men…all expenses paid by Mr & Mrs Taxpayer…smfh
    ^^^
Be as that may, pulling the welfare rug from underneath them is unreasonable…you'll just have millions of mothers and babies out in the street or in some homeless shelter or the kids get put in an already dysfunctional foster care system.

the middle class is gonna pay taxes no matter what…your tax money probably going to causes a lot worse than Sharonda and her 3 kids.
