After sittin with real killers and dealers its hard to rap that bullshit fantasy you have in your head with the same conviction.

    ^

Real Rap, tho. Wayne put all the guns away. He just seem to be going thru the motions and this rap shit seems like WORK for that nigga now, lol.

    that shit was hella disposable.

I think niggas liked the idea of it better than the actual music.

I played it once & didn’t get the hype. & I was hoping it would be dope. I think whoever @ GB$ was right. Weed carrying pusha is uninspired.

If we’re being completely honest & technical about shit:

    Was he ever really ON?

    ^

I mean, I knew what I was getting into when I seen a Wayne feature, and he was at least good for one interesting line or two, plus an admittedly dope flow.

Plus, he always sounded engaged, if you will, like he knew he was rapping, but his talent let him just enjoy himself in the booth.

Now? Like I said, he sounds like this rap shit is work, and its a job he doesn’t really want to do.

Yea I wasn’t really talking about him in particular. I was just saying that mixtapes get released weekly and I remember in the good ol days when a hot mixtape would drop and it would just spin for weeks on end…and if its that piff its still gettin spins to this day.

This. Just cuz some shit is free doesn’t mean it can’t be quality. Take ya time and put out something crazy than put out 30 tapes with 10 good songs total.

Like this Fab tape is pretty dope right now, he been working on it for a minute. To contrast, Game dropped a double Mixtape Purp and Patron, then dropped another 15 songs a day LATER.

And no one has mentioned that shit since it dropped.
